This video is fantastic. It’s a presentation by Michele Bachmann (R-MN) to an almost empty chamber, but that doesn’t mean that it won’t get any attention (I hope). It shows her rightfully slamming Planned Parenthood’s non-profit status as a scam and a fraud, calling it both the Lenscrafters and Wal-Mart of abortion.
The amount of money that Planned Parenthood, a non-profit organization, makes is unbelievable. Why they still are tax-exempt is beyond me. Here’s the thing. For those of you who find abortion morally wrong and reprehensible, but don’t want to inflict your views on anyone else, tell me why it is you should be forced to pay for women to get abortions. Feminists are always crowing about how abortion is all about choice, but I don’t have a choice in the matter. I find abortion repugnant, and want absolutely nothing to do with funding them, but I’m forced to. It’s incredible. Meanwhile, Planned Parenthood is getting record profits every year. Why are they still considered non-profit?
If abortion is going to be legal, then it isn’t something that should be taxpayer-funded, especially considering how many Americans are ardently against it. If Planned Parenthood wants to give out free or cheap abortions, then more power to them — as long as the funding isn’t coming out of my paycheck. That is a scam and a fraud just as Michele Bachmann says, and it should cease immediately.

Lila Rose, of the LA Advocate, has done it again. Not only did she show us how willing Planned Parenthood is to break the law in order to force an abortion on an young, confused teenaged girl, she’s now showing us that they’re unbelievably racist. Of course, that shouldn’t be surprising — the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a flaming hate-filled racist who advocated eugenics. They’re just following in their beloved leader’s footsteps.

People have forgotten the organization was founded on these principles and has continued to operate under these same racist views for decades.”Irene Gray of Planned Parenthood in Albuquerque, New Mexico took the call from O’Keefe last summer when he wanted to make a donation to abort a black baby. In sympathetic tones, Gray_ replied “yes, yes, it’s a strange time for sure” to the caller’s rant about affirmative action and how there is a need for less black people because they compete with whites for admission to schools.
When asked if the organization takes donations specifically to abort black babies, another Planned Parenthood staffer from Tulsa Susan Riggs answered, “We can definitely designate it for an African-American.”
“Clearly, Planned Parenthood has absolutely no shame in using funds to target and abort black children from racist donors. It’s a jolting reminder that abortion is a big business, regardless of what the politicians and the special interest groups say and given that Planned Parenthood receives over $300 million in federal funding every year, it’s time Congress investigate these extremely disturbing business practices,” continued Rose. “Planned Parenthood must be held accountable for their actions. No one is calling them out - including supposedly minority civil rights groups like the ACLU and NAACP - for their despicable actions.”
Where are Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson? Where are the cries of outrage from the NAACP?
Oh, that’s right. Abortion is women’s rights, and a favorite cause of liberals, and therefore abortion clinics can say and do whatever they want without repercussions. Liberals will stampede each other to defend the racist baby-killers. Besides, only EEEEEVIL! KKKonservatives can be racist.
Abortion’s bad enough as it is, but how can you defend willful breaking of the law, encouraging — and practically coercing — young, impressionable, frightened, confused girls to get abortions without informing them that they actually have other options, willfully hiding the facts about pregnancy and abortion so that women won’t decide to keep their child rather than letting them know ALL the facts and make their own choices, flagrant racism, and the all-around evil that emanates from Planned Parenthood?
Abortion advocates, who call themselves “pro-choice” are never actually for choice, of course. They want to make your choice for you, which is abortion, because it’s such a wonderful, empowering thing. If they wanted women to make up their own minds, they wouldn’t push so hard. They wouldn’t lie, they wouldn’t distort facts. They wouldn’t refuse to let women have 48-hour waiting periods and they’d show them sonograms of the child they’re about to kill. Abortion advocates have to do these kinds of things, because if they didn’t, most women wouldn’t go through with it.
Planned Parenthood is disgusting enough with having to add in blatant racism. But the racism is there, for all to see, and I can’t quite see why people are still defending Planned Parenthood.
I especially can’t understand why MY tax dollars are going to this piece-of-shit organization when I don’t want anything to do with it.

Well, their report for the 2006 - 2007 fiscal year is even better. They made over $1 billion in profits.
A new annual report from Planned Parenthood shows the nation’s largest abortion business has made over $1 billion in income for the first time in its history. The non-profit pro-abortion group shows the historical gain in its new annual report covering 2006-2007.While Planned Parenthood made $972 milion in its 2005-2006 annual report, last fiscal year it brought in $1.017 billion.
On its web site posting of the annual document, Planned Parenthood says it “highlights our advancements in providing and protecting trusted health care services and medically accurate sexuality education.”
Instead, the report finds Planned Parenthood doing more abortions than ever before.
The report shows an increase in the number of provided abortions from 264,943 in 2005 to 289,650 in 2006.
Planned Parenthood reveals it has doubled “excess of revenue over expenses” funds from $55.7 million in 2005 to $112 million in 2006.
Of concern to pro-life groups, Planned Parenthood acknowledges the receipt of over $336 million in government grants and contracts from both state and federal governments. However, the abortion business provides no breakdown showing how much Planned Parenthood received from the federal government or specifics states.
Maybe this is a dumb question. But at what point does the government take away your non-profit status? I’d think reporting over $1 billion in profits would be a pretty big red flag.

For every murdered infant, Planned Parenthood is getting roughly $3,500.
Maybe that’s why Planned Parenthood tries to convince so many confused girls that there are no other options, that it isn’t a baby (just a blob of flesh!), that their parents don’t need to know, to not wait a few days to think it over, and that there won’t be any harmful side effects — baby-killing is an incredibly lucrative business! According to its annual report, income is divided roughly into three major categories: clinic income (fees charged to customers at clinics); donations (gifts from corporations, foundations and individuals); and taxpayer money (grants and contracts from federal, state and local government).
For the year July 1, 2005, through June 30, 2006, Planned Parenthood received $345.1 million in clinic income, $305.3 million in taxpayer funding and $212.2 million in donations. Total income reached $902.8 million while total expenses came to $847.0 million, leaving a profit of $55.8 million.
Numerous calls to Planned Parenthood offices in both New York City and Washington, D.C., seeking comment for this article, were not returned, but a statement on the organization’s website says that the report “illustrates the achievements of an organization founded to prevent unintended pregnancy and protect women’s health and safety.”
Oh, but it gets better. Overall donations and clinic income are down, so guess who is paying more for PPFA to kill babies? You and me:
Jim Sedlak, executive director of Stop Planned Parenthood (STOPP) International, told Cybercast News Service on Thursday that the flow of taxpayer dollars to the abortion provider “has to be stopped. Since our elected officials won’t do their job, it’s up to us.”
“Clearly, it was a good overall year for Planned Parenthood,” he said. “Total income went up 2.4 percent, passing $900 million for the first time.” At the same time, however, he said further analysis revealed “potential trouble spots” for the PPFA.
“The final category of Planned Parenthood revenue sources is you and me — the American taxpayer,” Sedlak said. He noted that the amount of taxpayer funding reported by PPFA exceeded that of the previous year by $32.6 million, or 12 percent.
“The bottom line is that Planned Parenthood is losing donations, its clinic income is down, and you and I are being forced to pay more so the organization can kill our children through abortion and spread its perverted ideology throughout the land,” Sedlak said. “Everyone is getting the message: Stay away from Planned Parenthood. Everyone, that is, except our elected officials,” Sedlak stated. “Without the increase in taxpayer funds, Planned Parenthood would have had an overall decline in income this year.”
The jump in taxpayer funding to the PPFA also drew criticism from Douglas Scott, Jr., president of Life Decisions International (LDI). “This ‘not-for-profit’ entity ends every fiscal year with tens of millions of dollars in ‘excess revenue over expenses,’ which is known to regular people as ‘profit,’” he said in a statement. Referring to the closing date of the latest annual report, Scott noted that “on June 30, 2006, PPFA had net assets valued at $839.8 million, of which $330.9 million was unrestricted and another $116.6 million was temporarily restricted. This is essentially a savings account. The money is sitting in a bank and drawing interest that will further advance Planned Parenthood’s deadly agenda.”
But wait, it just keeps on coming. PPFA recorded… zero adoptions. Over 260,000 abortions, and zero adoptions. The previous year, they reported 1,414 adoption referrals, which was roughly 1 adoption to every 180 abortions. But this year, they chose not to reveal the number of adoptions — wonder why. Sedlak theorizes that “we can only assume the number was so low that Planned Parenthood didn’t want to embarrass itself by revealing it.”
Funnily enough, however, despite record high profits and record high numbers of abortions being performed, clinics around the country are closing, with the lowest number of clinics operating since 1987.
Keep abortion safe, legal, and rare, huh? Sure sounds like it. PPFA will tell you that they are simply giving “family planning services” or something similar, and that they do not encourage girls to get abortions, something more and more undercover reporters are discovering every day to be very, very false. And the numbers speak for themself.
Sedlak saw the PPFA’s declining number of clinics as a silver lining in the organization’s new report.
“This data should encourage all who fight Planned Parenthood in your community every day,” he said. “Planned Parenthood is hurting. It is closing down clinics faster than it can open new ones, and its clinic income is down. Now is the time to rededicate ourselves to a tireless fight against Planned Parenthood.”
But it doesn’t matter, because PPFA “consultants” will say that it is just a blob of flesh, and not a baby.

The school board is now investigating, not that it does much good after the fact:
The city school board early this morning voted for an investigation into last week’s field trip that brought middle school students to a Planned Parenthood office in Manchester.
The school board instructed school administrators to investigate the matter, recommend any changes needed to school policies and decide if any disciplinary action needs to be taken.
“It needs to happen immediately,” Mayor Frank Guinta said about the investigation. He said it shouldn’t take more than a few days.
On Wednesday, students in the STAY program, a program for at-risk middle school students that is operated by the YMCA, visited the Planned Parenthood offices as part of a field trip to social service agencies throughout the city.
School board member Doug Kruse yesterday said the field trip violated the trust of parents.
“The STAY program must go because they have not demonstrated they are responsible for our children,” Kruse said.
He also pointed out that Dawn Michaud, the principal at Parkside Middle School, told the New Hampshire Union Leader that she was aware if the visit, but told her supervisors she had no knowledge of the stop.
“Somebody doesn’t have their story straight,” Kruse said.
Assistant Superintendent Frank Bass said Michaud was flustered by a call from a reporter and was not sure what was happening.
What right does a school have to take middle-school students to Planned Parenthood?! And even if they wanted to tackle controversial topics, you can bet your life that they wouldn’t take them to an adoption clinic, as well. Planned Parenthood is an organization that presses pregnant teenagers to have abortions, as we all found out after the recent undercover operation, in which a college student pretended to be a teenager impregnated by her much older boyfriend. Planned Parenthood told her to lie about her age and have the abortion. The consultant also said she regretted having her kid, and would have aborted him/her if she could go back.
Yeah, that’s the kind of organization I want my kids around.
Let me tell you, if my children were on that field trip, I’d have that principal’s head. Anyone who thinks it is appropriate to proselytize to young, impressionable students that way should not be allowed in front of children, ever. Why were parents not notified beforehand? For something so controversial (and WRONG), the parents should have been notified and given the option of keeping their child out of that trip.
What really burns me is that the YMCA was involved. YMCA = Young Men’s CHRISTIAN Association. I grew up going to YMCA summer camps. I was there pretty much every day in after school care. I was a junior counselor there at 13 and eventually a camp counselor, as well. When I was going to the Y as a kid, and even as a camp counselor, it was unashamedly Christian. When I was a counselor, we had opening and closing ceremonies to begin and end each day. Both ceremonies were opened with prayer. The YMCA was always supposed to be the organization that promoted family values and morals, yet this chapter is sponsoring a trip to Planned Parenthood?
