He'll make some mistakes and will be perceived as squishy on those issues no doubt. But here in Massachusetts, finding and electing any person who fits the bill of a true fiscal AND social conservative is about as likely as having the sky rain gumballs. And I'd be surprised if Senator Brown didn't keep on the constituent relations people from Senator Kennedy's staff, the people who have been around long enough to know their ways around Washington and where to go to get things done. Most of Kennedy's constituents would agree over the years that these people have been very receptive and helpful, even if we despised Kennedy's politics.
