I believe the hacking was done at East Anglia University home of the CRU and originally posted at RealClimate (and other places) by the hacker, or whistelblower if you prefer. Realclimate is a blog frequented by many of the players implicated in the scandal.  I know of no accusations tha it was ever hacked.  A minor correction but your point still stands.</description>

Just IMAGINE the variables that would have to be considered in order to properly qualify such a statement. But of course, that involves lighting up some synapses...and the media seems to think that&#039;s too much work, they just echo the bumper-sticker slogan and go on to the next story.</description>
