Cue the dramatic horror movie music!
In the crazy conspiracy theories department, someone called into Al Sharpton’s radio show making an interesting accusation.
Now, in fairness, Sharpton didn’t come up with this nonsense. But rather than dismissing it as the crazy conspiracy theory that it actually is, he apparently finds it “interesting” and said he would look into it. Rather than doing what any sane person would do, and dismiss the theory as insane nonsense, Sharpton just goes along with it, as if there is actually a possibility that there’s truth to the theory.
But then, this is the man who defended Tawana Brawley and to this day refuses to apologize for it. Impossible to believe conspiracy theories that smear innocent people are his specialty.
