It's not funny.

It's never funny to see people in tangled situations.

And now that Barack Obama has had some difficulties reading the teleprompter (possibly due to stress or anxiety), you're laughing your ass out. Think, people. Think.

Would you want to be in his position? Being laughed at while he's doing his job honestly and got lost while reading a speech?

You're just too harsh on him. That's too bad.

To be clear, his words were not as you state them. In fact, he said the following:

"they say that, uh, in the face of the challenges that we face.." which really isn't that bad and does not signal to me that he was lost in Teleprompter land but that he was a speaker trying to get his words out as eloquently as possible.

One more note, it is ludicrous to say that "Racism Won". Racism didn't win guys - there a lot more caucasians (like 75%) in the US than any other color. He won because so many people, even (some right wing: http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-and-stories/2008-10-10/the-conservative-case-for-obama) republicans were fed up with the lies, arrogance, and shortsightedness of the previous administration.

He most likely doesn't practice speeches anymore with the teleprompter so if there is a problem, he'd be more lost than usual. Just looking at realistic logistics. His crutch is gone, he can't do much without it now. His idiocy for such dependency in the first place.

I'll say it for you, Brian. Obama was elected because he is half Black. I actually thought racism was mostly gone until this last election cycle. His color was the reason so many stated for voting for him.

Racism and class warfare were the kingpins of this last election cycle. I'm disgusted that racism won and that the upper social class also won.

One minor disagreement. His speeches weren't the ONLY thing that got him elected. Unfortunately, we're not allowed to mention the other major factor, so I'll leave it at that.
